Good. Could be better, but its not the company's fault. First, it is very hard to find information regarding recommended dosage. I'm sure the litigiousness of our country is what causes such a difficulty. I would tell you what the dosage is but I might get sued, so why take the risk? Overall a clear statement as to size of dropper used per dose would have been really helpful.With that said, this product ticks many of the important boxes: it is USP grade, 1% seems like the usual concentration (some go up to 2%), it doesn't contain nasty preservatives like formaldehyde.Did I feel ill after taking it? Not even a little bit. It did turn my urine a pale-green color but that is normal and not dangerous. (or so I have read).Did I feel better? It might be too early to tell maybe it must build up in one's system for a true effect to be felt - though I'm not sure about that. I did feel good and energetic after taking it, but hard to say if it's the methylene blue, or me just having some good days. I think I will continue taking though it might become a regular in my supplement regime like magnesium...

I started taking this to help with mental clarity and focus. I think it helps me stay focused and motivated and push through brain fog. I take for adhd and it has been like a switch turning on for me. The tastes leaves a little something to be desired but I put my drops in a cold bottle of water and just chug it back. That helps minimize staining as well. Feels efficacious for me.

This product needs a warning label!* Methylene blue has certain risks to keep in mind. You should avoid it if you take serotonin-raising medications or if you have a glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency*I wish I had known before taking it! It tastes very metallic and stained my mouth blue! Unfortunately I discovered the warning on it after I opened it! I am on medications that should not supplement with this! Now I can’t send it back!! Waste of money!

I very much liked the concept of what these thirteen drops do which was why I ordered them. They are supposed to work with your mitochondria on a cellular level. I took Pre-Medical Biology as my intent was wanting to become a psychiatrist most of my teen years. The Lab work had both of my lab partner, who is still a dear friend to me, and myself change our majors since we both had too much concern for the fetal pig we dissected which they looked like puppies. We both earned an MFA in Creative Writing. Think of the Mitochondria as the workhorse of the cell that increases with exercise that gives you more energy. These drops are supposed to have a positive effect on that part of the cell. Generally these drops sound amazing since I recall they give you more focus, and boost metabolism, which is my memory when ordering since I think that's an exciting reason to use them daily. However, I've been ill which had me going to many doctor visits, also hospitalization, and I remember the Product Description when I ordered them emphasized to consult with your doctor before taking. My doctor said I couldn't take them when I brought it to her. I'm still grateful to Amazon for the discovery of this item. I think that they would promote health, and will keep the drops as a reminder to check out if the brands she said that I could take are able to be found. So this is a great product but I take a couple of prescriptions that would interfere with the ingredients. You might find that your doctor recommends it, since I think the product is a wonderful supplement, and I'm grateful for it coming to my awareness here. So even though I can't use these drops the benefits are wonderful, and I'm very enthusiastic about finding the brands she gave me. So since it says check with your doctor I think it's crucial to do it. I also gave it three stars since the brand is responsible for those like me who just learned about it, but never tried it before. I'm beyond grateful to this product since it is concerned for safe health practices for including the welfare of its first time users checking with your doctor in the product description, which it deserves enormous credit since not all supplements give you that advice. So for that reason even though I can't use it the manufacturer saved me from adverse effects so I applaud it as not only a great supplement but it being concerned enough to recommend having your doctor decide if it''s personally safe.
