how di i change the sheets?

It's so easy to do this, just raise the head and put ;them on and then lower it and raise the foot. Much easier than trying to put sheets on a big heavy king bed!

How high will this sit? It will be replacing a box spring and bed frame that is 17-18 inches from the floor, and I don't want it to sit too low.

I love this frame. It sits about 16 inches. Putting it together was easy too. Plus whatever mattress height you get or have will make a difference. Best of luck.
