How long should this 1 can last? Do I need to purchase more for ear piercing after care?

It depends on if your piercings are in the earlobe or in the cartilage. The earlobe only takes about two months to heal and you should be fine with one can. A cartilage piercing takes about six months to heal and you would definitely need more then one can. I used this product for a little while but my ears kept getting infected so I had to switch to something stronger and I started using rubbing alcohol. I wish you a speedy healing process.
