My order arrived bang on time, and omg, it's a game-changer!I have just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis; fractured several vertebrae in my neck & upper body spine.. Although this is a considered purchase, I bit the bullet with the thought on mind, "I can always return it if it's not helping!"I am most definitely keeping it and have just purchased another one 👍🏽👌🏽. I positively love it! My only gripe, and it's a teeny one, is the cost; £130.00 for 2 pillows is quite expensive. As a side sleeper who sleeps with my arm under my pillow, I’ve been having neck and shoulder pains for a while and also would often wake in the night with a dead arm.After getting one of these those issues have gone.The branding is a bit strange I wouldn’t describe this pillow as cloud like. It is quite heavy (not like a cloud) and your head does not sink into it (like it would into a cloud). However, the pillow is very comfortable, supportive and some how soft but firm at the same time.Quite costly but before this I was frequently buying new pillows that would sometimes be great for a week or so before just being like any other pillow. I had this pillow for 2 weeks now and I expect it will last should save money overtime. Most importantly I am not in pain and discomfort and sleeping much better.Note: sometimes I do sleep on my back. When I do I use this pillow on the bottom with a normal pillow on top. My head sinks into the top pillow but gets supported by the cloudpillo underneath and find this very comfortable too.

I like the way you can remove the foam flakes to get a softer pillow. Also like the cool side of the protector case. As I’m always hot don’t think I’ll use the warm side. Actually would be good to have both sides cool.

I needed a firm, flat pillow to use under a soft sleeping pillow to ease neck and head pains. This is perfect because I could remove some memory foam to make it more flat but still firm enough. Since using it there’s been no pain.

Just couldn’t get used to this pillow. It’s lumpy and squishes to easily. Felt like I didn’t have the support I’m used having used a latex pillow in the past. Unfortunately it needed to be returned

I have been struggling with finding the right pillow for years. This one is really comfortable and easy to adjust. Should have bought one earlier.
