Q: The product image for Rabbit & Lamb recently started sporting an updated label. Does anyone know if this fantastic recipe is finally coming back?

Unfortunately the company quit making the rabbit and lamb with some lame excuse that they can’t catch enough rabbits to sustain making the recipe. I bought up every last bit that I could at that time to buy me time until I can find something new for my baby girl.

Q: Vet says lamb has to much fat can I assume ziti peak trims most of the excess fat off the lamb?

My cats and I are very happy with the ZiwiPeak lamb cat food. If there is too much fat, you certainly tell by any of my cats. They are sleek, coats are smooth, and they are very active.

Q: Is this pate', or chunks in gravy?

Definetely not chunks in gravy, not as dense as pate, but smooth!

Q: Has anyone had any issue recently? I’ve been a customer for over a year with no issue. Last purchase of rabbit/lamb and cat has non stop diarrhea.

Please take your cat to the veterinarian as soon as possible. Diarrhea can cause serious dehydration issues. It's difficult to say its the food without a doctor checking. Stop the food immediately and use another flavor or brand. The cat still needs the moisture in wet food to get better. If you use dry food also continue that but get to the vet before the diarrhea makes the cat worse. I only use the fish flavor and had no problems.
