It's so difficult to find products that are safe for this area. This cream has not caused any irritation, and in fact, has reduced irritation. I have went through so many products, as I have extremely sensitive skin. You can use it not just in the immediate external areas, but in the more inner parts, obviously not internal at all though. It is extremely gentle, soft, not sticky at all, long-lasting, amazing for everyday use if you struggle with any sorts of consistent or occasional discomfort from itchiness from dry skin. It's also perfect for after shaving, does not cause any negative effects for me, and is extremely moisturizing.The ingredients are very simple and limited, which is perfect for those with sensitive skin, as well as those who have especially sensitive skin in this intimate area. It is a bit pricey for the amount you get, but a little bit goes a long way. I have seen some people say that it has some grittiness to it, and I have also had this experience but it seems very dependent on the weather. And if you continue to rub it in, the grittiness goes away completely. At least, that has been my personal experience. Overall, I love this product. The slightly higher price point is worth it to me, so much so that I have a subscribe and save set up with it.

I bought this product for exactly what it says. True to it's description, I've not had any further issues, there is no affect on PH levels, there is no skin irritation, there is no smell to it, it's like a mmmmmm smoother, thinner type of gel.. I can't find the right words to describe.During my cycle time, I just put a dab, less than a green pea amount (prolly half of that) and it lasts all day, no issues and again no PH imbalanced sypmtoms, if you know what I'm saying!!I reccomend this little tube of magic for anyone who suffers from the discomfort of dryness, it doesn't go in, just on the TOP..

It says "consult a doctor before use and do not use on irritated skin" and I thought that's what it's for. It does the job and is soothing.

This definitely provides relief from dryness and itchy days. There’s no fragrance, and the bulk feels soft, but mine is a little gritty. I don’t know if it’s supposed to be that way, but it doesn’t cause any issue. Really easy to use and lasts a good while. I reapply when I feel the need. The bottle is really tiny.

Nice quality vulva cream. Nice consistency, not too thick, not too much scent, nice texture. It’s been helpful as a daily use, have had no skin irritation or issues with use. Overall great product.

Currently, I prefer a water-based product that includes hyaluronic acid, which I find more effective overall.In summary, this moisturizer works well enough and is worth trying, but for long-term use, I lean toward products with a bit more hydration power.

Excellent product. Keeps my skin moist and happy. No more dry, irritated skin. The perfect thing for peri menopausal dryness. Highly recommend.
