I was given Pure brand vitamins from my naturopath. I had never tried this brand before. They are so clean and do not upset my stomach whatsoever. I’ve taken the women’s multivitamin for 2 months and really like them. The coating is not super slick so not very easy to swallow but also not a problem. I feel great when I take these vitamins.

Pure Encapsulations is by far one of the best supplement brands on the market - so even though they tend to be priced higher, it's worth it to know you are getting exactly what it says on the bottle, and the highest quality form of each nutrient/supplement/vitamin. This multivitamin mineral complex is 100% up to the same standards.Like any multivitamin - take it with food. I won't even risk taking a multivitamin without food anymore because they can lead to stomach upset. I ate a small breakfast and took this - no stomach upset at all.I tend to struggle getting all the minerals and nutrients I need on a daily basis, and this multivitamin really covers all the base nutrients/minerals the body needs. I do take additional Vitamin D with this product, but that is because of mood related support and the fact I work an indoor office job.Overall - for a multivitamin from such an effective and high quality lab, for less than $1/day, is really a great price point for the average person wanting to supplement with a multivitamin. And the pills aren't super big, so easy to swallow.

Pure Encapsulations is a great brand, very well respected and trusted in the supplement space. This is a solid multivitamin, providing a good combination of necessary nutrients for women. Easy to take, I take mine with breakfast and have experienced no digestive upset or other negative side effects. I love that there are no fillers in this like rice flour or magnesium stearate. It also contains the 'right' form of folate. Very happy with this multi and I think the price is fair for the quality.

Haven’t really noticed a boost of energy but I do seem to feel a little better.
