I own many knee & leg braces. I own several of Neenca braces as they are of great quality - worth the money . And it feels good on the skin & helps to reduce the pain & provide good support. Like any brand it’s the fit that sometimes require sizing up. This blue brace is very very comfortable, but I had to return & repurchased a size up despite correct thigh measurement due to the tight width. It fits now & feel good! I recommend Neenca products , own several versions of their braces.

Too tight and slipped around.

This knee brace offers additional support following an injury or surgery, and its soft material ensures a flexible and comfortable fit. However, I found it to be a bit tight, so I recommend sizing up if you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit. Overall, it provides valuable support and flexibility, but adjusting the size appropriately will enhance your comfort and effectiveness.

My teenage son dislocated his knee this summer and now just started high school football. His knee is feeling better and we have been doing physical therapy, but he wanted something to wear during games, as a protection for his knee. We had gotten a knee brace from the doctor, but it is bulky and hard to wear under his pads. This knee brace is great--it fits under his pads easily, and gives him the feeling that his knee is a little more protected and confidence to play harder without worrying about his knee. We followed the measurements on the amazon page and it fit perfectly--it is snug, but not uncomfortable--it needs to be snug to provide support. Overall, this has been great for my son and he has used it a lot and found it to be really comfortable, but also supportive and given him the confidence to play football without worrying about something happening to his knee again.

It’s great, performing exactly as I expect a knee brace to perform. I have big muscular legs with some fat on them. The brace fit extremely snuggly, but it’s supposed to. The tight fit did not feel constricting; instead it felt supportive.I like the side ribs that are embedded along both sides of the brace (see my photo). Note: they’re not stiff metal plates like you’d get from an orthopedist.After wearing the brace all day (summer here) it was pretty stinky when I took it off. I washed it the next day with a regular load of laundry and let it air dry. It laundered and dried, looking and smelling good as new.Earns 5 stars because I like the way the brace performs and have zero complaints.

My weight is usually 150 lbs, and medium size is very tight, but don't know large size fit.When my knees hurt because of an injury, so I couldn't go up the stairs, but I wore this Knee brace I could go upstairs with small pain.Patella Gel Pad & Side Stabilizers is very good features, because it feels more pressure and hold.If you have any trouble on your knee, it's perfect for you.

According to the size chart, I was right at the mid point between two sizes. I should have chosen the smaller size, because the larger one bunched up. This is disappointing because this is a well made and well designed knee brace. It is sturdier than most, has somewhat rigid side supports, padding around knee cap and behind the knee. This brace is also longer than most. My only negative comment is that it collects lint. I think this is because the fabric softer than most while others have a smoother harder finish to the fabric.

I had high hopes for this brace. Unfortunately, even though it fit great, I bought the xxxl, the top rolls over and digs in. I really didn’t think it would roll because it seems so well made. The inside has not slip silicone, but it doesn’t help the very top of the brace, it just curls over.
