Very happy with this product so far! My mom has a wider calf (19in) and was concerned she wouldn’t be able to find a comfortable fitting brace after tweaking her knee. This one (size 2XL) has exceeded expectations. She says it helps so much and whether she wears it overnight or during the day, it’s very comfortable and offers great support and relief to the current knee pain she feels. The compression is perfect and works over the clothes or right on the knee. Great value great price. Highly recommend!

This knee brace offers excellent support and comfort—definitely a 5/5. It’s well-made and feels secure without being too tight or bulky. While it can be a little tricky to get on at first, once it’s in place, it stays put and doesn’t slide around, even during workouts. The compression is just right and really helps reduce knee pain and swelling. Overall, a great product for anyone needing reliable knee support.

Updated Review: I ended up returning the upgraded version and bought the older version. Bought the same size, but it feels more loose. The knee pad isn't as supportive - probably because this is a foam compared to whatever stiffer/denser material used in the upgraded version. Had no issues playing basketball though. Just doesn't feel as supportive as the upgraded version. I guess I'll keep this for "light support".Older Review: This is for the "Upgraded" version. I will revise my review once I try the "old" version.Fits well and provides adequate support, but the rubber/silicone(?) nubs slip resistant nubs leave markings in my leg. Not sure if this is irritation or possibly an (allergic) reaction. It looks like a row of bug bites.

I am very impressed overall. First the product fit as measured by the matrix. First day a little getting use to it about 4 hours on around the house; initially uncomfortable but forgot about the foreign item I was wearing. Day 2, same just around the house. Big notice was no pain while wearing; on my feet moving around cooking a large dinner for family. Day 3, I decided to really test this thing. 3 hours doing yard work (100 F) moving slow but again no pain :-). Stayed in place, no slip. What makes this a five star for me is I tore my meniscus with 30% bone wear, cannot surgically reattach. Its been a depressing 4 painful months even with cortisone shot there is pain. This item has removed all pain when in use (it prevents the knee from twisting to the wrong place. My stride is shorter but NO PAIN. Could not be happier. I was desperate and normally I would have never tried this product.

Im a pickleball player and can play daily if my knee allows me to. I ordered this product to relieve overnight so that I could play in the morning. This brace worked so well and I felt so much support, I had to give this review for others. This brace is made well, fits great, and felt no discomfort while playing for 2 hours! Plan to see if they have an elbow one!! Love it!!!

I don't write alot of reviews, but I was struggling with runners knee and needed a brace and quickly it turned into a lot of exploring. Let me cut to the chase, I spent $120 on a Bauerfiend, and another $200 on a another Bauerfiend brace hinged, and I came right back to the Neenca for one reason. It doesn't slip and its snug. Personally, I think the brace needs to be a little snug and not too comfortable, because it will slip and it braces better. I don't think any brace will beat Bauerfiend in comfort, but damn it slips off too much. The hinged bauerfiend doesn't slip so I may use it, but it's bulky so Its more of a backup if I ever get meniscus tears. Anyway, I bought another Neenca but the upgraded version and it's Amazing and worth every penny, giving me the best of both worlds. It has the comfort reminiscent of a Bauerfiend but maintains its Neenca holding power not slipping off the knee and back of knee. If you buy this brace, Get the Upgraded version, skip the regular one, and thank me later. Don't be cheap for your health, you may end up saving yourself yourself from a injury and your body deserves the best or something close to it. And after reading this review, you get to save yourself 100's of bucks in the process.
