The compliments I've received on my glow and skin texture is insane! I have to agree, I've seen a huge improvement in my skin. I've use this product for 3-4 months. The texture is creamy and silky smooth! A little goes a long way, and you get a massive amount! Get that glow up kick starter!!

I love this. It's my first try with beef tallow, and I'm not disappointed at all. It cured my dry burning patches in 3 applications, stopped the pain of my sunburn in the places I could reach, and It seems to be helping my rosacea. I have fair, sensitive skin and struggle with moisturizers. No breakout, it absorbs well and I have applied multiple times without washing my face and no problems. Doesn't leave my face oily either, even though most moisturizers do.

We got this product since we are experimenting with different tallo based skin care salves, balms, and lotions. This one in particular is a thicker slightly waxier consistency. We find that tallow based balms like this are great for very dry skin areas on the body versus the face. The only exception to that is my husband's beard which actually feels amazingly soft and controllable with the thicker tallow based balms.We loved that this particular product comes in a generous sized jar with a hard plastic cap protecting the product under the lid. As I mentioned earlier, the consistency is a bit thicker than your average cream or lotion so you have to kind of scoop it out. You may actually want some type of small spoon or popsicle stick type applicator unless you want to stick your fingers in and get them greasy every time you want to use some of this balm.My hubby has very dry ankles elbows and knees so we use this very generously on those areas and found that it did miracles to soften them up and keep them that way. Lotion tends to soften them for a short time but they end up dry and a little ashy later so a product that can manage to keep them soft and moisturized over a longer period of time is fantastic.We did try this for face moisturizing briefly but found that it left a bit of an oily sheen and shininess that we didn't love although if we were staying in it may not be much of an issue because it does make the skin a lot softer and smoother. We didn't notice any clogging of the pores or issues with breakouts after applying to the face it was just the oily appearance that we didn't love. I've attached a picture to this review showing the back of my husband's hand just after application and you can see there's quite a bit of shine. Other than that it was great worked exactly as we hoped it would and has a very neutral scent which is good for day-to-day use.Overall great product and would recommend it highly to anyone who has dry skin and needs a more intense product to treat it like on my hubby's knees and elbows. Wouldn't necessarily recommend it for facial moisturizing but depending on the consistency of your skin and your tolerance to a little bit of shine it might be a good choice for you.

So creamy and soothing to my skin! Not greasy; absorbs quickly and feels so good. I’m using it on my face and entire body. Love it! My husband has also been using it after showers!

Goes on smooth. Only need very little and no odor or scent. Leaves skin very soft.

First time trying this particular brand - does soften skin and leaves it moisturized. Product leaves a greasy feel and takes a while to absorb in if at all. I find I had to blot my skin with a towel but still felt greasy. I won’t reorder because of this. I just don’t like feeling like a grease ball.

Not really a cream - balm is the right word. I rub my finger to melt it a little at a time and dab it on my face and neck. I've only used it for 3 or 4 days but really like both the way it absorbs in - no greasy feel on my skin - and the effect. I feel like it has softened any jowly look on my face and brightened my skin. Very happy with this product.

I had never tried beef tallow type products before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I use a lot of moisturizers and conditioners especially in the dry winter months. The name of the product is a little deceiving as I wouldn't considered this as 'whipped' it is actually a balm. That being said this jar is going to last a LONG time even with daily use because a little goes a long way. There is no scent to the product which I appreciate as some scents bother me. It almost 'melts' as soon as you begin to apply it to your skin. My skin absorbed the product quickly and left it feeling very nice. I even applied it to my feet at bedtime and then put on socks and my feet were nice and soft as a result. I read where some felt like the product was too greasy, but I did not find that to be the case for my skin. It did not leave a residue all over or get on my sheets, etc. For the price, amount and results I would recommend.
