Q: How do you grow them as microgreens? I'm only familiar with sprouting in a jar.....

You can always grow any microgreens in soil, some hydroponically. Each type of microgreen has it's own instructions, but most seeds are either soaked for a few hours or directly sown on the top of soil. The seeds are then germinated in the dark, using a tray or towel to block out the light. Once the seeds sprout you place them in a window or under grow lights and wait until your microgreen gets 3-4" tall. Then you harvest. There are a lot of videos on youtube and a few good books that go more in depth, microgreens differ between the varieties, but still stand to be easy to grow and an easy way to have health fresh food growing in your home.

Q: Can the "sprouting" radish seeds be grown in soil as microgreens instead of in a sprouting jar?

That's the only way I have grown them. I believe these are intended for microgreens but could be sprouted in a jar too I guess. I have actually grown the full single radish from these seeds and they are fantastic!

Q: Can these radish seeds be successfully sprouted with water only (no soil medium) in a sprouting jar?

Yes! I grow mine in a sprout stacker (4 levels) with about 2 teaspoons of the seeds in each one. I'm sure they'd sprout well in whatever kind of sprouting container you put them in. These seeds have the best germination rate of any other seed I've purchased.

Q: Why doesn't your label state "Organic"?

It may be grown organically but maybe they aren't certified.
