Very poor quality product
7 months and the product does not work. I cannot get to the support. The support page goes no where. How do I get support to get the item fixed?The first time the product came it was broken. Amazon replaced it. Now 7 months and it stopped working. Better to get a good brand than this one.

The massager is good, does not job but there is one problem that i have observed.The motor is under powered and on top of that you have to really press to feel the needling.
