Value for money
It is a large bottle of 180 tablets with 24 essential vitamins and minerals. Tablets are quite large but each one contains a lot.

Getting that VitHit
We all know that sometimes getting your vitamins in is different. Whereas this tablet makes it easy to do so. One of these a day and your sorted. Personally I find the tablet quite big and difficult to swollow at times, however these can be easily broken in half. I was recommended this by both friends and family members, and can confirm I can really tell the difference since taking these! The tablets themselves don't really have a flavour to them so there's not horrible taste/after taste when taking them.

Great value for a large mix of beneficial ingredients
These are great value, and cover most vitamins and minerals that ladies need at a certain age.I am just about to buy my third batch.The only downside is they are quite a large and rough tablet. Tough for those who struggle with pills.

Good value just too big to swallow
These multivitamins are a great price and seem to be packed with vitamins but even after a few months taking them I’m struggling to swallow the daily tablet. I have to break it in half to consume and as such the taste isn’t pleasant. Won’t be buying them again for that reason.

Hard to swallow
As a multi vitamin-mineral. I think they contain everything needed and I felt slightly more energised for taking them. My nails were stronger.However, they are huge tablets. Really large. I made the mistake of trying to swallow one whole and choked. It got stuck in my throat.I have to break them into four pieces and even then they are huge chunks to swallow, which give off a yeasty taste for being broken. Not the best tablet-taking experience.I have had mine for a couple of months now and seal after use and keep in a dry place but they have started to speckle, unfortunately. I suspect they are going off and losing their efficacy with age.
