I just recently started taking Magnesium Glycinate. I was taking Garden of Life Magnesium Citrate and I was still getting the leg and feet cramps. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love Garden of Life products but this specific brand and kind of magnesium is what my body needs to keep the cramping away. I also noticed that Celtic Salt helps wonders also. It has 3 magnesiums in it. The majority of us are deficient in magnesium and when we are then our bodies can not absorb Vitamin D. Without Vitamin D, we can't absorb Vitamin B or Calcium. So there is that. I will absolutely continue buying this product. Plus, Dr. Berg is a walking encyclopedia. The man knows his stuff

I believe that Dr. Berg's products are high quality. I get more benifit and less side effects than other product brands. I highly recommend the Dr. Berg YouTube channel where he explains the differnces in quality between suppliments and the benifits of each.

This is the best magnesium on the market easy on the stomach. Everything is measured out so you don’t have to think about it. Take it a couple hours before you go to sleep and you sleep like a baby wake up feeling great not groggy. You just feel refreshed, however, you recommend it.

This stuff will have you out like a light! I feel so deep asleep and rested that it’s crazy! Plus the zinc helps with laying the wood down in the morning lol.

These are amazing. I used melatonin in the past but these are a game changer. The best sleep ever without feeling drowsy the next morning. Will continue to order!
