Happy with purchase
UPDATE: The only doubles that came up was pink and purple. Also I had a couple singles that I had not had before, part of these from packet I don't know! They came up with the "Outsidepride" seeds. I added photos of the poppies. The purple poppy fell over so the photo looks a little strange. I plan on throwing more out. Hope I get more colors.I used a very small amount of seed this spring and a good amount has started to come up. I can't say yet if the colors are true to package. I am happy with purchase so far. I hope to remember and do an update this summer.

Can't wait for spring
So please with these seeds! The quantity was as stated (some vendors go a little light on quantity), and I've spread them as directed - the instructions are consistent with other vendors, in that peony poppy seeds need light to germinate, don't cover them - and I'm eagerly awaiting the first seedlings to show in a couple of weeks. Rewards in terms of bloom will come next April-May, and the foliage typically just looks like kale during our GA winters.

Seeds are very difficult to germinate.
I'm giving this 3 stars because the seeds are really difficult to germinate and have low germination rate. The instructions on the package are insufficient. In addition, packaging is just paper and is not waterproof, and my package was shipped with another item that ended up leaking and could easily damage the content. After 4 different attempts over 2 months at germinating these seeds, I finally figured out how to get them to germinate. Following package instruction doesn't work, so here is what I did if anyone else find it helpful:Attempt 1: outdoor direct sow following instructions on the package. Did not germinate. Plus insects love these seeds and likely will eat it if you have ants etc in your gardenAttempt 2: Indoor sow in seed starter mix following package instruction. Did not germinateAttempt 3: paper towel method (seeds on wet paper towel inside plastic bag): ~50% seeds did germinate within first few days, but seedlings have very sensitive roots and doesn't survive transplantation.Attempt 4: Indoor sow with pots covered in transparent plastic bag/saran wrap to keep moisture in and allow light penetration. Close to 100% germination rate but only ~50% healthy seedling. Very high humidity and light is key.Still patiently waiting for plants to grow and flower, so I can't say much about what the flowers will look like.

I got these a week ago and planted the seeds in a pot at the kitchens window. So far so good they have started to germinate I think I put them too close together though but I still have plenty of seeds. I will transfer to different soil in a couple of weeks.

Learn from MY mistake.
Update: All the tiny seedlings died. Gave much care to no avail. Buy bulbs for this plant. Seeds are NOT the way to go.Let me start by saying that I'm a novice. I was expecting larger seeds. Boy, these seeds are tiny! In any case, there are lots of them. Attempting germination now. Will update.Update: I was really excited to get started. I have an indoor plastic greenhouse next to the window (and above a vent). Happy to say that I already have germination! It's only been a few days. I followed the instructions and now I have about two super duper tiny sprouts in each planter!I'm seriously so pleased. Updated review to 5 stars.
