Good set of balloons. The bolt and the star one do not float with helium. Some of the confetti ones did not blow up well

Too heavy to float
With a regular home helium tank, the foil balloons were too heavy to float. One of them popped upon inflation. Latex balloons were fine.

Poor quality. Not ideal to fill with helium.
Lightening bolt balloon came ripped. Blue spiked balloon didn’t float with helium. The regular latex balloons lost so much helium in less than 16 hours that they didn’t even float for the party. Very disappointed.
