Great item.. each size is individually bagged and labeled. VERY organized. Easy to find the size you need.. good quality product..

I had a specific missing faucet handle set screw that I didn’t know what size or if it was metric/sae. This kit for under 10 bucks was a good deal and turned out to be a great bet. I had to try 4 different sizes/types til I found the perfect fit. Included Allen wrenches a nice bonus. Only thing I’d note is the box clasp is pretty flimsy and there’s not a compartment for each size screw (most but not all). So that’s the reason for a Star deduct.

As it is with so many screw and bolt purchases on Amazon, my need in this case was for a single set screw. But I can either pay $4 for a single screw or $10 for every set screw I could ever want.I like the fact that this kit has both metric and SAE sizes. This makes it much more versatile given that I have no idea what else I may be using it for in the future.

I purchase several things on Amazon and was giving pretty in-depth reviews. From this point on, here's the new agenda…. if it works as advertised, is well made, meets or exceeds the description, is a value, and arrives in a fair amount of time, it will get a "star rating" equal to what my expectations were/are. If it doesn't meet these criteria, then I will most definitely and descriptively tell the short comings of the products and you as a consumer will not have to go through the trouble of buying the product without some background knowledge. If the sell pulls that item and relists under another description, I will put the exact same review on the seller's feedback page. Sellers have done this a couple of times in the past, and I was true to my word then as well as now. DR

Ok, I had set screws fall out of two deadbolt locks. I had no idea what size there were. So this set was great and had the screw size I needed. Now I didn't need all of these, but I would have paid the price this set cost for just the two screws I needed. If I lose any other set screws (think bathroom tp holders, towel holders), I will have their replacement. They also provided the appropriate allen wrenches which was very helpful. Each size fits it its own little plastic bag in an individual holder with the size labeled. My two deadbolt locks don't fall out now because of this set.

I needed a metric set screw for a gear shift knob in my car. The shipping cost to buy one piece from a dealer was more than this whole set. Since I wasn't 100% sure of the size, this set was the perfect choice. Now, I've got a whole selection of Metric and SAE sizes for any future needs!
