The media could not be loaded. Worst product. The product did not work for the first time so i raised an exchange request. The exchange product was from a different brand and it did not work again. I raised a request for return which was approved but it’s been 4 days and no one has come for pickup. I checked the app now and it says return request is cancelled which i did not do.
