Honestly, I'm not sure if this cream actually contains 60% urea. I have other creams with 42% urea and I do not notice any difference between the two different creams.What I DO notice is this cream is wonderful for my skin.• It is very sheer, very light weight, but it hydrates immediately and my skin stays hydrated until I wash it off.• Perfect summer cream for face, hands, feet, all over. We'll see how well it hydrates come winter. I may need something heavier.• ZERO, zero greasiness. Absolutely no greasy look or feel even though it contains coconut oil.• Absorbs, sinks in quickly.• I've noticed other reviewers say it leaves a white film. I haven't had this issue. You need just a thin layer of this cream.• No little rubbery white balls either. Sometimes when you mix products this happens. I've had it happen but not with this cream - so far.I use other lotions and oils especially on my feet and soles and I've had no rubbery, tiny white balls. I use this on my face also, it's better than my current face cream.Is this the face cream that is the ultimate cream? No.Is it a really nice face cream? YesGreat price and quantity too, compared to name brand face creams.

Works really well too keep my calluses at bay and from hardening. Nice thick sentless product. Offers great hydration and keeps my feet soft. Not sticky. It's thick and creamy and smooth on skin. Great value for your money.

I ordered this urea cream on a recommendation, and I really love it. It leaves my feet super soft, fresh, and hydrated. If your feet are cracked and dry, this is the cream you should use.

I purchased this product specifically for my dry, cracked feet. I normally apply urea products at night and wear socks.This cream was very thin when I applied it-not the rich, thick cream I was expecting. The consistency is more of a lotion. I saw no noticeable difference in my dry feet the following morning.I will continue to use, but probably more for a “knees and elbows” moisturizer.Nice clean scent and a pretty large amount for the money. It just isn’t going to work for my poor feet

It does well to soften and loosen dry skin on my feet but it does not seem to retain moisture so I use before a deep moisture cream. Using both, there is an improvement. Have to be diligent though. I use morning and night. It does absorb well. It alone did do away with my dry rough elbow skin.

I really like this cream. Goes on easily and works! Makes a big difference on my hands and feet. Leaves the skin feeling soft and smooth.

As with all urea-based moisturizers, it has an unpleasant watery texture, but it is absolutely odorless AND even after a few days I can see it's working on my sebborheaic keratoses, and that's worth five stars to me.

I tried this one because of the higher acid content than others, but really disappointed. It is def not a cream, a very thin lotion so right off the bat it is not moisturizing and doesn’t absorb. Next time I will buy the smaller jar that is thick cream and had the lower acid percentage, wish I could have stuck with that one.
