Do not buy these gummies! I started taking these and finished my first bottle and after three weeks of taking them. I broke out all hives and a really bad skin reaction all of my eyes under my eyes and on my neck I had to go to the doctor to get on a steroid pill. I stopped taking the gummy for two weeks and started taking them again and all of my skin reactions came back and I had to get on a steroid again. There are 5000 MCG of biotin when you google that that is a significantly higher amount that any adult should be consuming. They taste amazing. I thought they were working great, but it has too much biotin in them and you should not be consuming this amount please consult your doctor before you take these gummy.

I don’t think these gummies actually do anything.They arrived in sealed packaging. They taste fine. But after 8 weeks of taking them every day I haven’t noticed any difference in hair or nails. Maybe it takes more time to notice? I bought in hopes it would strengthen my hair and nails but my nails still break easily and my hair is still thin and hasn’t grown a noticeable amount.

I have been using these for about a month and have noticed my hair is stronger, softer, and growing a lot faster. I have a lot of postpartum hair loss and my baby hairs are starting to grow back. About to order my next supply!
