Smoked beef brisket
I wasn't sure if I was making a mistake or not spending so much money for something that weighed between 7 and 8 pounds. There was 6 of us and we all loved it and there was plenty left over for another meal for 6 people again. I wouldn't heitate to order it again. Absolutely delicious.
