My flask is broken. It says there’s a lifetime guarantee. It says sold by amazon but I can’t see an email anywhere to get in touch with them?

Unfortunately it’s not as easy as we think it should be . I found Stanley web site which does help you as in it makes out it does but you need to get the receipt of purchase after which you might get a response but don’t hold your breath . They make it so difficult that they want you to give up as in most companies seem to do in this day and age . Good luck and don’t give up because that’s what they want .

can we buy a stopper for a stanley 1 litre classic

Are these flasks now being sold on here from the Chinese factory.

Yes - mine says Made In China AT on the bottom. However have had no problems so far, cup and stopper regularly put in dishwasher on top shelf wash. Flask just rinsed with hot water, daily and bicarb clean at weekends for removing stains
