The only part of this product I dislike is there's not enough..I absolutely love Black Garlic and everyone I tell is hooked..Quality is perfect ..You can use it in cooking, eating it on crackers and I make batches of Garlic butter, keep it in freezer,so always available..Simply tasty on a steak .

Very tasty and versatile, adds depth to many dishes. The seller needs to amend the listing though, which says it’s for 2x 100g jars - it’s not, it’s just the one.

This seemed a very good value purchase, yet to try but given reviews I’m sure it’ll be ok.Surprised however that having unpacked the jars were sealed with the paste evidently oozing out of jar, or upon packing. Bit messy but easily resolved.

Tastes amazing! And so versatile! A dollop with some rosemary biscuits and medium/strong cheese is absolutely heavenly, also tried it mixed in with some steamed rice, and added a bit on top of some cooked (beef) burger patties. I made black garlic and chive infused olive oil which, when drizzled over salad and cooked veg/meat, went down a treat and had family members begging me to make more! Overall, I'm pretty sure this can enhance almost any dish, so don't be afraid to experiment!

I purchased this product as it was a new ingredient for a recipe I was trying. It is quite strong smelling and adds a meaty depth of flavour in different dishes. I will need to try in more recipes, before being sure about how to use it best.

This little jar is fab I’ve been buying stake with black garlic on in my local butcher which is very expensive, now I can do my own and just as fab

Love this black garlic paste as much easier to use than cloves which are very sticky. Adds great flavour to soups and sauces. Will definitely buy again
