Nice ball size and weight (Tennis ball size and bigger) bigger than most competitors
I prefer the weight and size of these balls to the size and weight you normally get with most boxing reflex balls. It's hard to tell from the images but these are bigger than the size you normally get. Most of these reflex balls are the size of golf/squash balls and these are more tennis ball and slightly bigger size (the yellow ball being bigger). This makes it easier I think and as the aim is for reflexes and coordination I think the smaller sizes don't really add much you can argue they increase accuracy and of course added difficulty. So I think these are much more suited for the beginner and still suitable for the advanced users. As I like I said the golf ball size is smaller than most peoples fists and I think the added accuracy can actually detract from gaining the fundamental skills of cordination, rhythm and speed. It also has the difficultly level printed on the ball which is handy so you're not wandering which ball is which. It's also supplied with replacement string. This would have got an extra star from me perhaps two if they did a couple of simple things. 1. So the first thing is to supply instructions to tell you how to adjust the length of the cord to suit your size. I already know how to do this but for the beginner this could be essential and effect their entire experience with this device if they never perform this first vital stage. 2. The other thing and the main thing in my opinion. Instead of just supplying just the string of the ball so you attach it to the headloop with a knot. They should have supplied the string with velcro on the end. I added this myself and it only took a few minutes. Just get some velcro make a loop of it and then put a hole in it and adjust the string to the desired length and tie the string to the velcro. That way if you want to change balls for beginner or advanced you attach them to the headband via the velcro loop it's quick and easy to switch balls. You're not messing around undoing knots and redoing them. So the pros are it's a good size but could be improved.

Lightweight, easy to put on/off, good fun
This boxing flex ball kit is good fun, simple to use for all ages. It was easy to put on and off, not too tight. The exercise is not only good for you its fun too, so enjoyed the boxing while doing exercise. Both ball weights are good too, ideal for beginners.

Entertaining, tricky and fun
Just so you know, I review products for Amazon, so I did not pay for this item. Having received it, here's what I thought:I didn't really know what to make of this at first, it's a fairly unusual concept to me who does not box Moseem. But it was a good device, comes with spare strings, a big ball and a smaller one. It's tricky, the first day I got to three hits in a row, and after a few sessions, I was up to around 9 regularly on the bigger ball. I can see how it would help with reactions. It's quite a lot of fun to let others try it too. I've yet to get it directly back in the face. The dog particularly liked it as it turned out, nipping at it and sending it skyward. It's a simple idea, but it works surprisingly well.
