I would have to say that It was right on the money. I had 21 days to get clean and i was able to track where I was at. I was having to take a DOT drug test with a 50ng/ml cutoff. The day before i had a faint line on 20ng/ml cutoff on the test. I passed so it was pretty accurate.

I decided I was curious and bought a 5-pack of these multi-screens to track my progress. I also purchased a pack of 50ng/mL single-screens, which is the "standard" cutoff before a sample is sent off for GC/MS confirmation (more expensive, more accurate test) that I've used successfully in the past.I tend to metabolize herb fairly quickly (daily smoker for years, low body fat, active) so usually can clear a 50ng/mL test within 21 days (3 weeks). I'm at about 18 days now, yesterday my 50ng/mL single-screen was a very faint positive, today it's negative, I tested a second time with another single-screen and also negative.On one multi-screen, I was apparently negative at the 50, 200, and 300 ng/mL marks, but scored positive on the 20 and 100 ng/mL somehow. I used another and on this one I was only negative on the 200 and 300 ng/mL marks, but positive for 20, 50, and 100 ng/mL. I used to work in a clinical lab and the results from the first multi-screen suggest a defective test -- there's no way to get a negative 50 ng/mL and a positive 100 ng/mL result. The second multi-screen was more believable, but showing positive at 50 ng/mL and 100 ng/mL while two single-screens were both negative at the 50 ng/mL mark.I'm going to wait a few more days (without using cannabis) and check again, but these multi-screens do not appear to be consistent either with themselves or the single-screen assays.

I am in the final stages of obtaining a new job and have to take a 'urine test' for the new gig. I have been taking delta 8 gummies, which are legal in my state, to help me sleep, and it didn't cross my mind until I had the job offer that I would need to be tested. Mercifully I was able to delay my testing by a couple weeks to help flush my system of metabolites, however I was still very paranoid and wanted to test myself before I went to the lab to be officially tested. I didn't want to trust just one OTC test, so I actually bought four different tests to compare. From my observations, this was one of the least sensitive test - I would always test the same 'sample' when comparing the various tests. This test showed that I would pass all the way down to the 20 ng/ml line - albeit the line was pretty faint, but it was still a line Barely seeing a line is still a 'pass', so I'm hopeful that I will pass my real test. The 50 ng/ml line on this test was stronger than 2 of the tests I compared, and weaker than one. I think this test should hopefully be pretty representative of the 'real' lab test, and if so, I should pass with flying colors. I will update review if my 'real' results are not what I am hoping for.

Easy to use and helps determine how close you are to actually passing whatever test you need to pass only if you are a chronic user. My only gripe is that usually lab cutoffs are 15ng/l which is not included so once I passed these I had to buy those to make sure I was definitely in the clear.

If you are concerned about an upcoming urinalysis and your progress with getting clean, these can help visualize the decline in THC metabolites in your urine.With 5 individual tests you will know where you stand. At 300, you have a ways to go. At 200, you are making progress but definitely not going to pass. At 100 you probably need another 7-10 days, but a pass at 50 means you will pass the normal emit (strip) test performed and once you clear 20, you are clean and clear as far as a lab test is concerned.While some report issues with some of the tests, I have used them 3 times in the past with no issues and will continue to use them in the future.
