Taveners Fruits Drops

Have only been able to find these online, used to be able to get them at a British shop close by but they are so expensive so stopped carrying them. My mum loved them, so it was a no brainer when I found them at this price.

When I was a child, my father used to occasionally buy a tin of these candies as a treat for us kids. I used to be able to find them in grocery stores on the east coast and would purchase a few tins on business trips. The candies actually taste like fruit and, for whatever reason, I like the light dusting of powder that coats the candy.

Yummy! I was raised on Taveners. …and my father before me. Assorted fruit flavors that delight. Glad to have found them on Amazon.

I have looked for these for YEARS. I remember them from childhood and I rediscovered them as an adult while traveling. For a while, they were nowhere to be found. Finally! Just as I remembered. I miss the metal pry up tins, but the flavors, the powdered sugar. Still the same. I'm happy. :)

Used to love these when I was a kid, but they are not as good as I remember. Plus they only had green, orange and a white drop (unknown flavor). No red ones at all. Will not buy again.

Expected wider variety of flavors - lemon lime and orange were only flavors. Would like to see cherry mango cranberry etcWhat was there was good

My Mother always had these when I was a child, more than 60 years ago. The only difference is the can used to be black. The candies are exactly the same. I bought them for nostalgia’s sake. Glad I did.

No variety in the flavors. Can is teeny. NOTHING LIKE THE ORIGINALS! So very disappointed. We got these in Ireland a while back and they were great...under the name of TRAVELER'S, not TAVERNER'S drops. Must have changed hands...the company should be ashamed of presenting such an inferior product.
