We bought this trike in favour of others because it looked relatively easier to construct, and was folding. It came tightly packed, folded in a box marked bicycle (probably just to annoy my pedantic father - it’s a tricycle). It came with everything you needed to construct the trike, and even a little pot of paint to touch up any future scuffs. There was only the front wheel assembly to construct, with the seat and handlebars slotting into place. The instructions were not completely clear, the pictures were too small, but the video on the Amazon listing helped a lot. If a 55 year old woman (me) can put it together in a few hours then so can you. The biggest issue I had in the construction was unfolding the trike in the first place, there was a reason for that, which I will get to, but there shouldn’t be any bother if you fully deflate the tyre of the appropriate back wheel.The issue we had with unfolding the trike became apparent when I tried to test drive it. The offending back wheel was all buckled. I hadn’t noticed because the back end of the trike is fully constructed and I paid no attention. It had obviously been dropped or crushed in transit. I have to say the customer service was second to none. They sent a new wheel and we had it fixed and checked over at a local bike repair shop, we were refunded the cost of this. In addition, the guys at the bike shop who repaired the trike, were extremely impressed by its quality. The delay this caused was a little frustrating but I am now confident that these guys will look after us with spares and repairs in the future. 10/10

Bought this for my wife and she really likes it. A regular E-bike is a little heavy for her. There's nothing she wishes was better. She really enjoys cycling now because our neighborhood is very hilly and the electric bike assistance makes it viable to ride around and get exercise. The information display is really nice. The battery life is good. It powers up the steepest hill with ease. The brakes work well and are quiet. It has a brake light in the back which is nice. I wish all of these e-bikes had brake light like this. Turn signals would be nice also. The only con I can come up with is that it's was a little difficult to assemble.

95% assembled is true - I have purchased similar E-bikes in the past which took far longer to put together. And, the service is superb! They returned my call the same day and walked me through a problem - the service person was patient, courteous and completely knowledgeable! And, I really like the bike!

The bike came in time the quality was good but unfortunately my wife was unable to use it, so I'll be sending it back for a full refund

Trike seems to be well made. Tires that came with it are questionable but you can buy a new car these days and they put low grade tires on it. Probably will buy some Schwalbe Marathon 365 tires for it so that I don't have t worry about punctures since I cannot find the model of black cat tires that came with it. Assembly was a little more than desired. Get tired of buying things that are basically kits that you have to assemble but I guess that keeps the price point low. No information that I can find regarding how much rain it can take (the electronics).

Ease of riding

Great bike, easy to put together. Wife getting used to how it turns. Trikes do not turn like a bicycle, there is a learning curve to turning one. It has good speed for her needs and it has a working headlight and brake light. Overall a good bike.

You get what you pay for. Low quality product. It was dead on arrival. Customer support told me what did you expect for $700. And that they have better trikes for $1,500. I still waiting for a return label.
