Great condiment, but pricy
This may be my third time trying Peruana products. I enjoy them a lot. They are very condiment-like.They have a kick but they aren't crippling. They're great if your idea of a hot sauce is like 60% flavor and 40% heat, as opposed to a firehose of heat with an afterthought of flavor. The consistency is quite relishy and creamy. They aren't a runny sauce. All the flavors are vibrant and very fruity. I find these sauces do best with meat or eggs. However, I think this set is quite pricy, which is why I am giving it 4 stars. The bottles are big, but because they are condiment-like, you also use more at a time, as opposed to a tiny bit at a time. It can add up to a fairly expensive treat.

Taste good
I got this for my brother to try because he love any kind of unique sauces. He said these were flavorful and he will be buying in the future. These are full size bottles. He didn’t think they were hot/spicy but he does have a high tolerance to heat. He raved about these so I tho k they’re a good buy.

Like ordering from a gourmet restaurant.
These sauces are so good. I've never had Peruvian food before, and I'm happy I tried these. Each sauce has a distinctive flavor native to Peru and the peppers that they have there. Only one is slightly hot but still very tolerable to most. The others do have some heat if you can handle a little bit of spice. It has an interesting South American flavor different than a Mexican type of pepper sauce. The chili verde is thick while the other sauces are a little bit thinner. I've never had Peruvian food before but I would recommend these to anybody that wanted to try something a little bit different than your typical Mexican type of sauces. These are quite expensive but there is high quality ingredients here and it's a very special item. I like them on chips and cheese or enchiladas or taquitos. But they are tasty by themselves just to try them also. Very happy to try something different especially with this high quality company.

Exotic flavors
The vibrant and striking colors of these 4 sauces are a lovely showcase of the various Peruvian aji or peppers to sample. I used 2 as dipping sauces to gauge the flavor and spiciness. The Aji Verde complemented the rotisserie chicken really well, made it more flavorful with cilantro in it and had a nice kick on the taste buds. The Aji Amarillo tasted spicy and somewhat tangy but not as flavorful. It's a new experience and nice break from other chili sauces that I regularly dip my chicken meat in.

Not what I expected
Been eating Peruvian sauce for over 35 years. This sauces taste a lot of garlic and onion. Not what my friends and coworkers made. Special that rococo and aji amarillo.

jeezlus I will not let myself run out of this
These have so much flavor with the perfect amount of heat. I've used these on my eggs in the morning every day, and each time puts a smile on my face. These have a great spice level, but with that heat, also a great flavor from the peppers too.Easily worth the price, and I won't let my pantry run low on these.
