I like this brush, it is replacing one that is much larger and more cumbersome. I love that it has several heat settings. It works well.

I have short fine hair. Pixie style. I used this in Ireland for nine days to get volume on the longer top layers. It worked very well for that. The bristles on the brush are flexible and will protect your scalp. The dual voltage works with a plug adapter. I did use blow dryer hotel provided to initially get my hair a little dryer. I don't feel it had a lot of power but it got the job done. I don't think it would work for thicker or longer hair.

I bought this to use in Ireland and it is not dual voltage as advertised. The dryer works fine in the US but would not work in Ireland.Update - The customer service is exceptional. They contacted me and offered to remedy the situation. Because I am not returning to Europe anytime soon, I did not accept a replacement to try again.

This hair tool is awesome...LOVE it! I have many other hair tools but this one is the best. Gives shine and body to my shoulder length hair....no additional styling tool needed. I have two different sizes in this dryer/styler. Comes with a case, connectors for international travel and higher voltage. Great purchase!!

Just opened it up to pack it in my suitcase and it had hair in it so it had clearly already been used and returned.

Easy to use. Nice product very light in hand. I’m 76 and it’s the second I buy. Needed a dual voltage.

The pluses: 1) it's lightweight; 2) dual voltage which is what I've been looking for; 3) comes in its own little carrying case; 4) it gets VERY hot; 5) gives nice bouncy curls; 6) I like the combo of nylon and plastic bristles. The nylon to smooth the cuticles and the plastic to really comb through the hair. If you have thick and/or coarse hair you'll understand how the stiff plastic bristles are essential.The minuses: 1) it's not a very powerful motor. It doesn't have a lot of velocity. I wait till my long hair is about 60% dry. I'll run the hot air brush through my entire head on high a few times to speed up the drying process. I then section off my hair, and I'll go over the section a few times on high. Then switch to low to curl my hair. I'll turn off the brush entirely and just let the curl set; 2) It takes getting used to. For example if you curl your hair to the root the hair doesn't roll off the brush when you're ready to move on to the next section; 3) while getting used to working with the brush you will pull out some strands of hair; 4) I wish the cord was just a bit longer; 5) the on/off switch is not a toggle that we can control with our thumb. You have to use two hands, so when you're switching between heat settings you can't do it easily with a flick of the thumb.

I was only buying this to take on a trip to Europe due to the voltage. However, I like so much it has replaced my Revlon that i have used for decades.
