The product is very compact and easy to use. Its 500 W motor allows you to grind fine powder of spices and make perfect smoothies in no time. It has a 5 year warranty which is a great addon. MUST BUY !!!

But by June 8, the product started making a loud rattling noise and emitted a burning smell — clear signs of a serious issue.I tried contacting Balzano multiple times — via their WhatsApp support and email — but got no proper response. Their customer support is completely unresponsive. Email went unanswered, and WhatsApp replies were generic and useless.For a product that costs this much, I expected at least decent after-sales service. Unfortunately, this has been a completely frustrating and disappointing experience.Buyers beware: The product may not last, and if something goes wrong, you’re on your own. I would strongly advise thinking twice before buying, unless you're okay with a mixer that might fail in a month and a company that refuses to help.
