Will this run on a 208/220v system?

Dear valued customer, Thanks for your trust in our ECOTOUCH hot water heater, ECO140B2 tankless water heater electric is able to work at 220V. For a straight 220V~240V load, two hots and a ground, the Black cable and Red cable should be connected to the same 240V Dual Pole Breaker, both go Live wires. And the Grounding wire must be connected firmly to the Grounding bar for being earthed during use.
