Smells strange and colour of hair mask could be a bit off putting. Does the job, but next time I will order a different brand.

This is my first time trying batana oil, in all honesty, I'd never heard of it prior to now. After suffering with post partum hair loss, this product sounded like it might help rejuvenate my hair!Packaging is a screw top plastic tub, and labeling states it is batana oil (elaeis oleifera kernel oil) with no other ingredients listed.On opening the product, the colour and consistency was not appealing! I don't know if that's what batana oil is supposed to look like. It has an earthy smell, which I am not a fan of, however, it's not unpleasant as such.As I warmed the product in my palms, it began to have a smooth and silky feel and not at all greasy, which I was expecting. It was easy to apply to my hair and scalp. I did find myself using more than "a small amount" as recommended to get full coverage though.I left the product in my hair for about an hour before washing it as I usually would. Once my hair was dry, I must say I was impressed with the results! After only one use, my hair felt softer and smoother, as well as visibly looking healthier. I will definitely be adding this to my routine, perhaps applying weekly. Only time will tell whether it will promote hair growth 🤞At the time of writing, it was reduced to £5.28 for 120g which I think is fair value for money.

This leaves my hair feeling soft and supple and is a great mask to leave for more of a deep condition. I’ve noticed some growth too fro using it once a week for a few weeksn

This does not feel like it was made using an oil and I have made my own body and hair butter whipping up natural oils, so I know what an oil is suppose to feel like when it melts in your hand.Intact the heat from your hand alone would melt it back to it's natural state.It's feels more like a body moisturiser without any oil in it. Like a body cream.I decided to try this out for the first time.I don't think this is how it should feel, based on all the videos which I've seen.On the plus side it does smell nice (coffee scent).

She started using batana oils on her hair just over six months ago and she only use batana oils now.For a number of years she had tried all sort of treatments, from shea butter through to coconut oil and nothing really wotked well for her.Since using batana oils her hair has been growing a bit quicker and has more volume. Just the appearance itself shows how good this product is.Given the quanity and the price this product does offer good value as many other products are much more expensive and simply don't work as well thus I am recommending this.
