can’t lift the arm
how do you lift the arm? i understand how to adjust the height but how do you lift it?!? i sent a message to the seller and they said there is a tensioner that can be locked… what does that mean? the explanation was extremely unhelpful.

She loves it
The media could not be loaded. My 7 year old loved this scooter! She didn't think she would then she said I love it. It's easy and simple to use for her. She has to get use to holding the button instead of pushing with her foot lol. It turns off on its own when you're not using it. All the lights she really loves.

It was difficult to get my son off his first one and to a two wheeler so I decided to get a bigger one with three wheel.. He is loving it

Stopped working after 3 weeks
I bought this scooter as a birthday gift for my sensory seeking autistic 7 year old. His birthday was December 23rd & he loved it up until it randomly stopped working/charging 2 days ago (just a few weeks after his birthday). I’ve left it charging for over a day & it still does not work. Not only am I so upset about how unbelievably QUICK this scooter stopped working, but my son is super upset as well & screams (he is non verbal) every time he tries to get on it & it doesn’t go. This scooter was amazing & fun at first, but seems to definitely be a waste of money for it to only last 3 weeks & I just feel so bad for my son now.

Christmas present!
This was gotten as a Christmas gift for a five-year-old girl. She has been longing for a scooter, and she will be thrilled to discover that it's electric – that's when the real fun will start!

My 4 year old loves riding this! She feels like such a big girl. I like the 3 wheels since it makes it stable when she's riding. The speed is perfect even though she thinks she is going super fast!

Horrible seller
I wish I could leave 0 stars. My daughter was so excited to get this scooter and when it arrived it was used And damaged. The wheels were dirty and scuffed, the screen was cracked and after charging it didn't even turn on. Not to mention the throttle button kept getting stuck all the way pushed in
