This tea is a fabulous addition to our morning routine! The teabag is filled with a generous heap of flowers and herbs…not the sawdust you find elsewhere. It smells amazing. My daughter says it’s “just plain yummy.” Try it!!

Perfect Pairing Herbal Tea, 10 Sachet Count (Mulberry leaves, Mulberries, Bergamot, Jasmine flowers)I would love to give this a 4.5 rating. I fixed three cups of tea after dinner. Here's what happened:Each of the cups brewed to a different shade. The darkest one smelled like mulberries, the lightest one had the scent of jasmine. The middle shade... I don't really know that that smelled like. A blend, mostly. All three cups were brewed for ten minutes with boiling water. Note: The packet says to brew at 98-100 degrees, but that has to be Celsius. I used boiling 212F water and it worked great.I gave the darkest brew to the family member who loves both mulberries and bergamot. It was a huge win after adding milk and sugar.I gave the lightest one to the family member who prefers light Asian greens and jasmines. It got a better rating after adding both milk and sugar. She's going back to pure jasmines and green tea, I believe.I took the middle cup. It tasted like bergamot. I do not like bergamot. However, I grew up eating mulberries, so once the mulberry taste kicked in, the cup was quite enjoyable. We all paired the tea with cookies and madeleines for dessert, and it was a good combination.The other seven packets will go into the tea basket, and I imagine the bergamot loving kid will drink the rest of them before I get to them, especially since it's caffeine free so it's an anytime drink -- even at midnight.

I love the intense flavor profile of this tea, it’s perfect for someone like me who tends to favor any herbal and spice blends. But I will say, it’s not for everyone. The fennel taste could be a bit overwhelming for some, especially if it’s not a flavor you gravitate towards. I, however found it very soothing and relaxing and loved the blend of herbs. It brought me an immense calmness and just made me feel warm and comforted. I also love the fact that the tea bags aren’t plastic and are 100% bio-degradable. As someone who loves organic and natural, this is most definitely the tea and company for me.

If you're not a fan of fennel, I would caution you about this tea. I do like fennel, so I enjoyed this herbal tisane very much. Maybe it'll taste different to others, as many herbs do (I'm side eyeing you, cilantro). The fennel did overpower the dandelion and other roots and herbal flavors. Again, that's okay because I really enjoyed the taste. It's a nice, full, tea sachet and it withstood a few steeps over the same afternoon.It's a well made tea, and given the ingredients which aren't common blends it's a reasonable cost. Each sachet is individually wrapped which I really appreciate so I don't have to consume the entire box quickly for fear of the bags getting stale. It's also nice because I can bring one with me somewhere, or share easily with a friend. Lovely tea!
