Quality is better than expected! Arrived on time not damaged. The day after purchase, I noticed that the unit had gone on sale for 22% off. I contacted Amazon support, who got me in touch with the 3rd party seller. They issued me a refund for the difference. Very responsive! I did not purchase the base. I decided to build something more sturdy, and permanent. Photos attached for those that are handy. The existing hardware within the original package was all I needed. One trip to Home Depot for two bags of concrete, construction lag screws, and a treated 6x6x8 was all I needed. Highly recommend this product.

This is an update on a previous review. I was unhappy that the instructions were VERY limited and vague. While putting it together my helper tried forcing the corner over the support and it ripped to the point that I had to super glue and stitch it back together. However, I've had it up for a few weeks now and it's great. It operates easily and does a great job providing shade. The seller was responsive (in a positive way) to my review and I'm quite content with the product now and would recommend it.

Bought the gray 10’x13’ umbrella, came with an ugly khaki cover bag. The LEDs are very yellow, not white like pictured. Finally installed it and it makes a loud clanking noise each time it slightly twists. Too annoying to use, I had to close it and it ruined our weekend on the deck. Returning!!!

Love the color.The installation was super easy. I did it by myself in 20 minutes. Even lifting it onto the base support wasn't bad on my own. They recommend 2 people for this.I especially appreciate that I was able to use the base from my previous umbrella with no issues.It opens and closes very smoothly and with very little resistance.I knocked one star off because it doesn't open completely flatly. When I have the handle all the way up, the umbrella doesn't sit completely horizontal. It has a small tilt. Also, its flops around much more than my last one. Although, my last one was 11ft and circular, so this one is bigger. It doesn't really bother me though.Overall, happy with the purchase and would recommend.We'll see if this one last the 8 years my last one lasted.

Great product, great seller. Umbrella is big, rotate to use over seating and dining area. Instructions aren’t great but you’ll figure out how to make it work. Seller is great, ours arrived without cover and they got o e to us immediately. As others have pointed out, this does not come with a stand, but their is available for @ 200 at time of writing and matches up well.

Excellent, HUGE umbrella! Provides a ton of shade. I can get it opened and closed without trouble, even as a petite person. My husband and I put it together in about 30 minutes. The umbrella comes with a nice cover, so no need to purchase one separately. There is a skinny metal pole that slides inside of the umbrella cover — I wasn’t sure of its purpose at first, but I realized it makes it so that you can put the cover over the umbrella without having to get a ladder. We’ve only been able to use our umbrella a few times but I have zero complaints thus far.

This is a very well constructed umbrella. Very heavy duty and not hard to install. I had a slight issue with mine and the customer service was superb. I highly recommend this company and this product.
