Delicious!
Perfect size for many different dishes! Not too big or thin. Restaurant taste and excellent quality.

California Proposition 65
I believe that the California Proposition 65 warning that another reviewer was talking about is for the plastic bag that the two bags of noodles are in and it doesn't touch the product at all. I scanned the barcode on the noodles with an app that I have that evaluates the item for additives, nutrition, etc. The noodles got an Excellent rating with no additives, no saturated fat, no sugar with low salt, some protein and low calorie impact.

Great wide Thai noodles
Great noodles as described there’s really no directions on them so just so you’re aware they take a while to cook and boiling water. It was probably I want to say 10 to 15 minutes. A third of the package is enough for one large portion so make sure you split them up, but the quality texture taste. Everything was great.

Nice to have on hand
Until I found these flakes, I had to drive to another city to get wide, fresh rice noodles. Now I can use these instead. I use them for Thai stir-fries. I had been using Korean rice cakes, which are too thick. For me, soaking them in hot water doesn't work. I put them in boiling water and test them every few minutes.

nice wide rice sheets
These are nice wide rice sheets that you can basically use as you would rice noodles. They have a nice chewy texture and will take on the flavor of the broth if used in soups. We have also enjoyed eating them instead of regular rice when we make curry. This 2 pack gives you enough noodles for a few different meals. I definitely recommend these if you are looking for rice noodles or flakes.

Old product
Both packages were manufactured in 2021, and expire in August of this year. Not happy that I received such an old product! For this reason I would not order them.

Delicious! Easy to use! Low sodium! Wish I'd found these a few years ago!
I am especially happy with the "Fusion Select 2 Packs Sheet Rice Flakes - Thin, Flat, Wide Dried Rice Sheets For Pad See Ew Noodles, Pho Noodles, Pad Thai, Stir Fry, Soup Dishes - Contains Rice Flour & Water - Product of Thailand" from the Fusion Select Store.I made a cup of soup with a handful of these rice flakes, water, Korean Ramen seasoning, sliced leeks, sliced Bok choy, sliced mushrooms and some leftover cooked ground pork. It was delicious! I nuked it for about 4-minutes and the first rice flakes were a bit chewy but as it sat (while I ate) the rice flakes softened up. This is the type of product I'd been looking for about 3 years ago so I'm especially happy to have found these. They are a great easy addition to my home-put-together cup-of-soups. The low sodium content means I can add whatever I want without worrying about numbers. When I first got these there were no cooking instructions on the package, so I was 'winging it' when trying them in the microwave. My internet was out so I couldn't look up the product listing at the time. Now I see it says, "Quick & Simple Prep - Rice noodle sheets are fast to make and filling. Cut them to size as needed, then rehydrate by soaking in a bowl of warm water. After 5-10 minutes, they should be ready to use!" But as you can see, I've found them to work as is depending on the length of time you microwave. I appreciate these noodles (aka rice flakes) and am looking forward to adding them to my indoor grill-type stir fries. But I think I am going to use most of them in soup. So good!I do wish the listing included the nutritional panel. Per my bag~Serving per package~ about 5Serving size 45gEnergy ~659 per 45g serving or 1465 per 100gProtein ~2.9g per 45g serving or 6.5 per 100gFat, total ~Less than 1g per serving or 1g per 100gSaturated fat ~ Less than 1 gram per serving or Less than 1g per 100gCarbohydrates, total ~ 34.3 g per 45g serving or 76.2 per 100gSugars ~ Less than 1g per serving or Less than 1g per 100gSodium~ Less than 5mg per 45g serving or 7g per 100g servingI received my two bags in September 2024. They were together in another plastic bag. Their manufacture date was 5- 25- 2024, and their expiration date isn't until 5-25-2024. Product of Thailand.Update~ 9/20/24 These are perfect for my cups of soup. I purchased several more packages.

In love with these
I try cooking a lot of south East Asian food and this was my first thing these “rice flakes.” They are exactly as I imagined except thicker and harder to figure out than I thought. There’s no instructions whatsoever so I had to try it to see if it was ready.as I imagined, this thing rolls up and looks like rolled up pieces of paper. It still tastes great though and unlike normal rice noodles, even when it is over cooked it still has some bouncy chewy texture to it.Really fun and great to have around !
