Not Clear If They Help Me But My Husband Likes Them
I've struggled with restless nights for a while, so I thought I'd give these gummies a shot. I've tried other sleep gummies before, with mixed results. This container comes with 60 gummies, providing a 30-day supply. They have a pleasant berry taste and are easy to chew and swallow.During the two weeks I've used them, I've had some good nights and some not-so-good nights. It's hard to tell if they help because I've had a nightly cough that woke me and had trouble getting back to sleep, plus some mild post-traumatic stress from a small kitchen fire. They also give me heartburn. So, I'm not sure if they help, but I'm still giving them four stars because my husband swears by them for falling asleep faster and sleeping longer.

Dont be fooled by the name, they do NOT contain melatonin
Clearly named to trick people into thinking they are melatonin gummies when they contain zero melatonin. They taste nice, blackcurrant flavour. They contain l-theanine which can help relaxation, which might aid sleep, but they contain zero melatonin so they aren't going to help for things like adjusting sleep patterns for jetlag which melatonin can help with but lemon balm and l-theanine cannot. As if the name wasn't misleading enough, the front says "550mg per daily serving". 550mg of what exactly? Lets look at the ingredients label on the back, per 2 gummies daily dose we have: 12mg vit E, 1.4mg vit B6, 45mg lemon balm extract, 30mg L-Theanine, and 5mg Chamomile extract. That adds up to 93.4mg. That leaves 456.6mg of junk like sugars, sweeteners etc. So yes a daily serving might weigh 550mg, with 83% of that having zero nutritional benefit and absolutely no relevance to the big bold "550mg" on the front of the label.

Nice vitamins (no melatonin)
These are a nice twin pack of vitamins. They are tasty, so easy for children to take. They contain healthy ingredients and vitamins such as Lemon Balm Extract, Chamomile, Vitamin E, and Vitamin B6.Whilst chamomile is relaxing, the name of the product suggests it contains melatonin, which is doesn't. It is hard to say whether they help with sleep or not, both my daughters have been using it, they haven't really noticed a difference, but at least they are taking vitamins. The pack is £21.99 which makes each tub £11. As the gummies are 2 a day, this is a 2 month supply.

Taste great, seem to work
I've been taking these each night for a while now, and I don't know if it's just a placebo effect or not but I do seem to be sleeping a bit better now than I was before. They taste great and they're nice and soft. I take 2 of them about an hour before I go to bed. Time will tell if they make a difference long term, but for now I'm quite happy with them and they seem to work.

They do seem to work for me
I received this item for free as part of the Amazon Vine programme, in return for a frank and honest review of the product. My review will be based on my personal experience of this product.TL/DR - Seem to work for me, Taste nice, Fall asleep extremely quickly after use. This is a review of 'Twin Pack Melatonix Sleep Gummies for Adults - Nightly Sleep Aid - Natural Berry Bliss' and the comments only apply to this item.Quantity received: 2 jars containing 60 gummies eachDoes the product work/perform as advertised: They seem toIs the product value for money: YesWould I recommend this product: YesI am a huge fan of sleep gummies and I do use them every few months when I go through bouts of insomnia. Usually January is the worst time for me as I suffer from seasonal sunlight disorder, which makes me end up sleeping in the day and then be wide awake at night, but I also get insomnia at other times of the year too.I have at times in the past used antihistamine based sleep aides, but the problem with those for myself is that they work TOO well and I end up totally zonked out and struggle to wake up. The last time I used a antihistamine based sleep aide, I was still feeling it's effects 36 hours later. Because of the effect of antihistamines on myself, I cannot risk driving after their use as I could easily fall asleep at the wheel. But we are here to talk about gummies. Now I cannot say for sure if sleep gummies do actually work, they could be just a jelly based placebo for all I know, but I do know that when I have used sleep gummies that I do sleep better - be that due to gummies being a genuine sleep aide, or a placebo effect making me think that they actually work.To be honest, I really don't care whether sleep gummies really work or if it's just a placebo effect, what I care about is that I had my best nights sleep in ages last night after their use. I ate two gummies around 40 minutes before going to bed, and upon turning out the lights I feel asleep within a matter of just a couple of minutes. I didn't wake until my alarm went off just before 4:55 am.
