Absolutely wonderful deep dish pizza pans. We love Detroit style deep dish pizza and these really hit the mark. They bake evenly and are super easy to clean. We use them about once a week and they’ve never let us down. Absolutely recommend them.

I make Sicilian and Detroit style pizza's every few weeks. Problem is, I only have 1 pan for each, so there are never many leftovers. The pans I have are quite expensive, and they have sticking issues. This set of pans solves both those issues. These pans are large, have a non-stick coating, and claim to be pre-seasoned (I seasoned the pans myself before using them). With my 1st round of pizzas, I had no sticking issues whatsoever. I did slightly burn the bottoms, so I'll have to dial in the time and temperature, a little better, next time. Better to be overdone, than underdone. They tasted quite good anyway.Update: Round 2 of pizza's went great. I parbaked the dough for 6 minutes at 400F. Then put on all the toppings, then baked at 400F for 20 minutes. Before, I was at 425F, and burned the bottom a little. At 400F, in my oven, it's perfect.
