Bought this item from boot I usually use the garnier d+++ One and that is actually harsh too use, anyways I used this after stripping my hair of a dark silver, using 30vol bleach and I'm scared of my ombre basically breaking off (it's happened before) with the bleach I had breakage, and heavy banding which I was annoyed to hell at. I've used so many products out there I've lost count but when it comes to being gentle this is the one, i was impressed how it lifted out the yellow tones at the bottom half and the banding was more ginger than what it is on the picture provided it's WAY less than it was, my natural hair as u can see is black, level 8-7 I would say, and regarding the bleach process if your a brunette like me and want something that lifts but very gently towards the end stages this is the one, even on some parts I accidently got over banding the lightening isn't so much LOL, the quality of my hair is out this world I did mix in a keratin mask too only a 2quid one with the conditioner, WOW I've ALWAYS had straw like hair when I've bleached/dyed to this level and never has it been this soft I'm actually gobsmacked my hair actually looks oily in the pic but it's not the blonde actually has some shine in it too. For stripping colour and toning it to nice blonde this works. I didn't want to use a silver toner as even as a level 9 yellow toner makes my hair straight silver never this level 10 type blonde I have actually want to buy another box instead of bleach to fix the banding 🤣

Best colour my hair has gone in years,won't use any other colour now.I look like I have had hi lights done. Well impressed with the blue conditioner as really takes care of old brassy tones from previous colour

I've used this product for the last 8 years at least and has never been disappointed - I have to add that I am a natural blond and am only covering the grey roots for which this is a brilliant product.

Excellent product! The only hair dye that lifts dark roots to a natural blonde shade!

I've normally always used nutrisse to dye my blonde, but I let it go back to my natural mousy colour for a while. I picked up some of this to get my colour back to blonde and after the specified time I noticed it wasn't really changing colour. I left it on for an extra 15 minutes before rinsing but my hair has not changed colour. It has gone ever so slightly lighter, especially at the roots, but overall it doesn't look much different to how it was before. Very disappointed considering I normally love this brand.
