Forge Hammer
Excellent quality, appears as though it will last forever. It’s short but then I’m old and can’t swing a longer, heavier hammer. Great company too!

Great Item!
All of the other reviews I have read about this hammer were true! I bought it for blacksmithing. I have a forge and an anvil although I will say that at this point I am very much an armature. However, and with that being said, I have been using this product for a time now and have found it to be very comfortable to hold, not too heavy for repeated usage over an extended period of time. The functionality is superb and the size is as expected according to the origional listings description. I would definitely recommend this item to others.

Great value
Great product for the demo work I was doing in the back yard. Love the dual ends and the shock absorbing handle. Chisel side truly helped to break up the concrete. Used it to break up the tile on the bbq. Weight and size was perfect for myself and my adult children to use.

Four pounds of good looking; heavy striking metal.
CATEGORICAL GRADINGPresentation/Packaging: A (no waste)Quality/Craftsmanship/Materials: APrice/Value/Worth: CFunctionality/Utility/Versatility: BInstructions/Ease-of-Use/Comfort: AMarketing vs Reality: A(Where “C” = Average)This hammer feels nice and balanced in the hand. I like the combination of a flat head and a tapered head vs the traditional double flat head version I had previously. I also like the construction of the rubber tip as it is unlikely to slip off while in use. The handle feels sturdy as does the entire hammer; it appears to be well constructed. I am not a Smithee, but use heavy hammer in landscaping the yard and when I need to do some demolition. This will be my go to hammer now. Also, though not of any utility, it just looks nice. Tools seem to be one of the things most affected by inflation and this one comes in at ~$40. If it holds up, I will be satisfied with the purchase.*PRECISE RATING: 4RECOMMENDATION: If you need a 4# hammer, I can recommend this one.(As always, I will report back if there are any durability or performance issues with additional use.)PHOTO INFO (photos are loaded in order, but may be rearranged when finally posted):1) Hammer as shipped2) With soft tip removedI hope you found something informative and useful in this review. Thank you for taking the time to read it. Good luck with your decision.*My rating scale:5 = definitely buy again, happy to have it (exceptional in several characteristics,)4 = probably buy again (decent job of doing what I need, excels in one or two characteristics)3 = perhaps buy again after researching options (functions OK, looks OK, decent quality, average life expectancy but no outstanding characteristics) (in other words, average)2 = would not buy again (low end/below average merchandise and/or service, but not totally worthless)1 = sorry I bought it the first time (poor performance in several characteristics, no redeeming characteristics)
