Just what I needed for helping to break down nodules in arches of both feet ( Ledderhose), the balls are firm so give the best trigger release for hip and butt muscle tightness and release the tension. Well worth the money, good quality, now part of my self care regime. Recommend for various massage trigger release and the roller ball for releasing tight fascia in feet. Great for plantar fascia, I have plantar fibroma, which I’m working on breaking down the nodules.

Excellent - very rigid and lightweight massage set
This set not only helps get to those niggly knots, but the rigid (but not vicious) spikes also help stimulate nerves and blood flow. I have been finding these great for my calves and my shoulders, and really feel that these are a great addition to your post exercise or even general massage kit.The products are well made of hollow but rigid materials, and feel very durable. The cost (just under £7 at the time of review) is perfect and for the past month since getting these I'm using them mostly daily.I would love to have had a smaller "cylinder" item in there too - lots of applications (feet, neck) I can think of!Thumbs up!

Too rigid
These are made from very rigid plastic so quite unpleasant to use. There is absolutely no ‘give’ in them at all. Unfortunately not fit for purpose.
