Good for people with longer neck
It can be a little bit big for people with shorter neck. Better for male than female because it's big.

One does not work
One works but the other pump does not. The vent cannot close.

Under inflate if you're filling before plane takes off. Easy to inflate/deflate, comfortable even with thick neck.

Fantastic packable pillow
My wife and I took these to Egypt, involving very long flights. I always hated lugging the standard neck pillow, which take up space inside a carry-on, or flop around the outside, catching on everything. These jewels are packable, and inflate to whatever comfort level I desired. A great innovation!
