Make sure your face is clean of make up, etc. Best to give it a proper cleanse and even a facial scrub if you've got time. Snip open the packet, remove the mask (carefully as it is quite fragile and has liquid on it) and lay it on your face. Make sure you're laying down or you're somewhere where your face is upwards, as it has a tendency to slide. Leave it on for 20 mins plus and then remove & rub in any residue. Best done in the evening so it's got time for any left over residue of the product to really sink in over night. Hope that helps.
