This my favorite mag/D3/K2 supplement. Seems effective, but I usually only take one a day, even though the dosage recommendations is two. Although if I start feeling under the weather I take two and it helps me kick whatever is coming on most of the time. Your mileage may vary.

Easy to swallow and made in USA. HAS Everything needed for heart health.

Awesome results! My labwork showed Vitamin D level of 18.4, should be > 30. I ordered these and have taken 2 capsules with dinner for almost 4 weeks now and my mood, energy, sleep, generalized pain, and other random but significant symptoms have drastically improved! (Lookup "11 Bizarre Symptoms of Vitamin D Deficiency" by Dr. Berg, I had so many of these). I felt a small difference after 1 week with continued and consistent improvement over the following weeks to the point I feel like myself again for the first time in at least 1 year. People told me to supplement with vitamin D and I brushed it off because I love the outdoors... I could have avoided a lot of misery had I started sooner.I choose these for the better ingredients compared to others, and though they cost more, it's worth it to avoid potentially harmful ingredients.* PSA: This does contain a higher dose of magnesium than other supplements, so it could cause you to go #2 a bit more.
