The bike was packaged well and arrived safely with no missing parts. The instruction was clear, and it took less than 20 minutes to assemble. It is well-built, quiet, and pretty heavy, so I placed a protection mat underneath. Since I'm 5'2", the seat's height adjustability works well for; however, the seat is quite firm and uncomfortable to sit in, so I may need to find a better, more comfortable one, but that's my only complaint. The resistance is easily adjusted depending on the intensity of exercise and speed. The tablet holder is great for watching movies, and I don't have to stop to get water thanks to the water bottle holder. The display panel is simple but it's good enough for determining distance, speed, and time. Overall, I'm pleased with the bicycle's performance and the price.

The bike is not only pretty but it is also very sturdy. It is just as quiet as it is said to be. The tension on the bike can be easily adjusted to suit your requirements. Easy to assemble. Takes a little under 15 minutes, maybe less. It can also be moved easily from one area to the next using the front wheels. Monitors heartrate, with adjustable seat and handlebars. I love it! Thanks!

This is a really good indoor bike. It's really easy to assemble and very stable to do exercise. It has a lot of level for different resistance, and it's rally easy to adjust the resistance during the workout. This bike won't occupy a lot of space, I can deploy it in the living room or even in my bedroom.

Not only was this bike a really great value for the price (it was easy to set up, quiet, sturdy and rides well) but the customer service was top notch. The box was missing the tablet holder. Normally I wouldn't care about a small piece like that but I bought the bike to ride during long meetings so I NEEDED the tablet holder. I sent an email to the company and Susie helped me. She apologized immediately shipped me the item, hassle free. I was REALLY worried they were going to give me a problem but it was so easy and I got it in just a few days and stuck it on and now I'm great. So happy I went with this option.
