As a first user , after using one week I'm giving review... I didn't have any idea of that . I received a good product , not have any damages or any problem.. the delivery person delivered this with an extra care.. and demonstration service is also good , have given very good demo.

Good oven. I was bit apprehensive after reading the reviews about not receiving all the components, however, I got everything from the starter kit to the oven. So everything was okay for me. Great seller and service. I got it from Dawntech Electronics.

IFB is the best convection microwave

Just an honest unbiased review to whomsoever it may help.My very first oven. Does the job it is intended to. So far so good.Problem free delivery. Received the oven with accessories, starter kit, user manual and a recipe book. No installation or demo since a “plug n play device” as it is mentioned. (Confirmed the same by calling Amazon customer service a day after. Prompt reply by them. They also conveyed that the warranty gets automatically activated once the order gets delivered and to just keep the invoice safe).To be on safer side, self booked a warranty registration request on the IFB app since their toll free number was not getting connected. Received a call on the second day. IFB technician visited and activated the warranty. Also got a message for self activation of warranty on the app. Successfully activated the same from my side as well.The user manual has all the basic information needed. Just requires a good reading once before starting to use the oven.Tried the various modes of cooking in the oven as of now. Hope to do more & more. Cheers!

Big regret if you microwave food in a bowl only the top food gets warm the bottom remains cold it’s the worst convection oven

Oven:Being a 10+ years user of IFB ovens, I felt it was a breeze to get used to this new one. For anyone who is new, I recommend to read the manual (self explanatory) and get a demo from IFB (one has to call up IFB customer care to book. Amazon will not do it as this product comes ready to be used and doesn’t need installation). Either way, a demo from IFB is good to get as this ensures all the details of the oven are properly captured in their system and warranty is triggered. You may also get extended warranty and future AMCs purchased through the service person.Cons: The convection fan is extremely noisy in this model compared to earlier BC4 ones. I guess it is due to the change in design of the fan from center back to the top of the oven. It’s a bummer for me. The secondary grill and the cavity behind it is quite difficult to clean if there are food particles spluttered. Quick workaround could be to cover the food while heating to avoid this all together.Starter kit: Good quality starter kit provided with the oven. One has to note that this kit is ONLY for use in microwave mode and shouldn’t be used in grill, convection or combo modes. I read few reviews where people used the plastic bowl in convection mode and got upset with quality as the bowl got damaged.Cons: From my previous starter kit experience, these eventually gets worn out with time. So don’t rely on them too much. Better invest in good microwaveable utensils for long term use, preferably go for glassware.
