Nice product.
Using it for more than a year and it still working as good as it was. It is a really nice product. Even if forget to switch the plug off after an hour it won't spoil the food and there would be no damage to your lunch box also because it has a particular heat which does not exceed beyond a particular temperature. The two cons are that its size and body. I drive scooty to office and I have to put the lunch box between my foot and its cover is not that solid it can get break easily specially its handle.

Our product is in regular use for more than 2 year and is still in a good working condition. It takes almost an hour to properly heat the food inside. Gravy usually spills inside the container, so avoid it as much as possible because the container has to be washed very carefully after that
