They work for a long time, a lot longer than lactaid for me. The only downside is that you have to time it out a bit unlike lactaid instant acting ones, but once they start working you're set for a while afterwards. At least for me. I take 1 usually right before I start eating and then wait about 5 to 10 mins or so, and then eat away! It works just fine and will usually last up to about an hr and I will eat all the dairy in that time frame; Milkshakes, pizza, cheese, etc I'll eat it all. It's a bit on the pricey side but it's basically lactaid but much stronger and no side effects either. Definitely give it a shot if you're a dairy lover and don't want to worry about being gassy.

As compared to the big chalky name brand, these are 100x better. They're small and don't need to be chewed, so they can be swallowed with water easily. The tin is perfect and compact; far less obnoxious than the tear apart packets. They work just as well, if not better, than extra strength Lactaid and overall the value for the money seems greater to me because they can travel easily. There's a weird after taste, but not anything a bit of water won't get rid of. Haven't had any specific side effects or upset with them!

The media could not be loaded. Great product and convenient packaging. My only complaint is the metal canister doesn't seem to securely close well. It opens up in my bag and/or pockets. I only wished it could snap/click closed when it slides. Just be careful how you handle it, and store it upright to keep it from opening.Overall, I love this product! Its both chewable and easy to swallow. It's small enough to be discreet as it look like a breathe mint. And they can easily be refilled. I love that you don't have to take multiple pills because they are already high in Lactase Enzyme. It gives me a peace of mind. Unlike other brands, this will not break and fall into dust. For the value of your money, the product alone is pretty expensive. There's definitely other brands that's more affordable. However, with the convenience of storage, travel, high lactase enzyme dosage and natural ingredients, I believe it worth the purchase.

Oh wonderful that I have a substantial but small carrier for lactase pills! And extra high dose pills. I didn't like the singular ones in foil because I was created debris whenever I took one. I plan to re-fill this tin. I like these very much.

I get a bit gassy after having dairy and this is the only thing that has helped me debloat!
