BEST supplement for protein!
The taste isnāt great but wow! 30 grams of protein is amazing! This is an excellent choice if youāre having difficulty eating or swallowing and need to get nutrients.

Best one I have found!
If you have been drinking protein shakes as long as I have, its hard to find one that doesn't taste like protein powder that you have to get down quickly. I am happy to say that the Boost shakes are actually one that I have been able to continue to use because they actually taste a lot more like chocolate milk!

30 gram bottles are inferior to 20 gram bottles in color and flavor.
At the end of January I started to use my recent order. I have used two bottles from each of my orders to make sure that the problem was with both orders. I have had the same problem with all four bottles. It appears that the liquid has separated, and some ingredients have settled to the bottom of the bottle and formed a clump. Quite disgusting when it hits your palette. It doesn't matter how hard I shake the bottles. The liquid portion has thinned out and is off color. I have always used Boost 20 gram bottles and have never had this problem.

Flavor needs improvement.
Update: They taste SO much better at room temperature! And thatās GREAT for me!NOT the best tasting Protein Shake Iāve ever tried, but I got used to it by day three. Itās a great way to get a quick 30 g of protein, but it doesnāt have any fiber and thatās a negative. It has a nice lineup of vitamins and minerals, including calcium and vitamin D and B vitamins. I have only drank it cold so I canāt speak to how it is when at room temperature.

High protein and low sugar Boost
Hard to find this max protein, sugarless ("Glucose Control") formulation in retail outlets. This is just what my wife needs.

Love Them!
I ordered these for myself to consume while I endure my fitness and body transformation journey; however, my son got hooked on them š and he consumes more than me. Anyway, I love the taste and consistency of this product. Of course, they come lukewarm, but you can always refrigerate them to cool them to the temperature you prefer. I donāt recommend using it over ice. It takes away from the taste. I love the fact that Boost drinks can act as a meal supplement as well as a fitness drink with its high amount of protein. While I will be shopping around and trying different products, this will still be one of my āgo-toā products during my transformation journey. Thanks!
