This product is amazing! I've been suffering from knee pain for awhile when jogging and I have a 5K coming up and thought I'd give this a try. I received it Thursday and took it after work and took it Friday morning and Friday evening I was able to run a straight mile with 0 knee pain... I was shocked! Couldn't believe it worked so fast. I have no upset stomach with it either, even on an empty stomach. Thank you for this amazing supplement!

I'm an active 78 , walk 2.5 mi., 3 days a wk.Has eased the sorness in my wrists, hands and neck. Doesn't help my bad right knee or initial overall morning body stiffnes. A foam roller keeps my back adjusted. Otherwise no complaints. If you'er selling better quality time? Iit's working!

I really like this supplement. It's helping to ease my joint pain a lot–not 100%. But then again, none of them do when your shoulders are bone-on-bone. But it helps.

Just know I never write reviews!!!! With that being said I can’t go without writing something about this product. It works! I had what I wasn’t totally sure inflammation or fluid on my knee. I was 3 plus weeks with this problem. Not able to do daily things I typically do walk 3 miles, yoga, just daily chores. I finally went to ortho two days ago just to make sure there wasn’t anything bad going on with the knee. I had taken this product two days before going to orthopedic. They said it was just inflammation. They prescribed a steroid. Got it filled yesterday and I’m debating taking the steroids because these joint pills seem to be doing the trick. The inflammation is not totally gone but what an amazing difference already. Try these if you have inflammation! They have helped me immensely! No stomach issues! I usually eat a little something before taking.

Odd, as others have mentioned, the bottle only had 89 capsules instead of 90?!?I've been taking these for a week now. My knees don't have a many aches after driving. I feel they are working.I'll count the capsules every time. Hopefully they can fix their counting machine.
